Our Christmas show was a rousing success as the school performed 'The Big Little Nativity' at Somervale School today. It was fantastic to see such confident acting and singing!

The Welton Choir were in super voice this afternoon when they joined the Norton Radstock Good Afternoon Choir for their Christmas concert. It was a hugely joyful event and the opportunity to sing with the GAC was a real treat!

We had a fantastic time watching a performance of Cinderella by the Royal Ballet at the Royal Opera House in Covent Garden today! We were blown away by the whole experience - some of us had never been on a train before, let alone watch one of the world's most famous ballet companies! We were spellbound by the dancing, costumes and special effects and were even given a sneaky peak behind the scenes after Act 2 when the staging director opened the curtains and let us watch the scenery change! This afternoon we welcomed the Midsomer Norton Good Afternoon Choir for a super pre-Christmas singalong with our Welton choir! This was a fantastic opportunity to practice our Christmas songs before our joint carol concert in a couple of weeks and the opportunity for the young and young at heart in our community to share our love of music.
