At Welton, we acknowledge the important role we play in preparing our young people for the future. This is why we are committed to ensure that our children have opportunities to experience the world of work through curriculum links, online virtual events, trips and hosting visitors from the world of work. We make use of the Primary Futures portal to enable our children to experience a range of careers while tackling social and gender injustice and sterotypes. Essentially, children at Welton learn that they can have any career they wish.
