KS1/Y2: The measure of attainment for pupils at the end of KS1 and KS2 in schools changed in 2016. National Curriculum levels are no longer used. Instead, pupils are measured against new, more rigorous, National Curriculum standards and are assessed as being 'at' or 'not at' the Age Related Expectation.
